What are the fees in a service charge? (1 time fees) $1 ticket, 3% extra care, 3% insurance, (per month) 4% interest.
I'm running low on money but my loan is due? Call us right away; under most circumstances we can extend loans up to 30 days.
I have some money, but not all of the service charge, what can I do? We take partial service charge payments which can extend loan as little as 1 month.
What happens when I pay my service charge? Loan will be extended 4 months and 4% interest will be added per month.
How can I lower my principle? Pay off all service charges, and then you can put money towards your principle.
I don't want my item back? We buy your merchandise.
When do I have to call to pick up my pawn? Call within 24 hours.
What is a reward membership and how do I get one? Come in and sign up, It's free, every time you pawn, pay interest or pick up and buy from our retail show room you gain points.
How many reward points do I have? Come in or call. 25 reward points = $1 no expiration.
